Returns & Refunds (VIOTORI)

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No worries — we offer 30-day returns from the day your order is delivered.

Just email us first at support@viotori.com and we’ll guide you through the return steps. Please include your order number so we can help faster.


What’s Eligible for a Return?

Your return is good to go if:

  • The item is in good condition (no cracks, heavy scratches, or missing parts)

  • You send back all included accessories (cable, guide, etc.)

Original packaging is appreciated when possible, but not always required.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless we made a mistake (wrong item) or your item arrived damaged/defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping option. For orders over $50, shipping insurance is a good idea.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update.

If approved:

  • Your refund goes back to your original payment method

  • It usually shows up within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank/card)

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If it’s been more than 5 business days, here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank/card account again

  2. Contact your card provider (some take a bit longer to post refunds)

  3. Still nothing? Email us at support@viotori.com and we’ll help right away


Exchanges

Want the same item in exchange? Email support@viotori.com and we’ll tell you the quickest option (based on availability).


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

We’ll make it right ASAP.
